Pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Whittier Heights (the “CCRs”), landscape lighting companies that have not been approved by the Whittier Heights Architectural Control Committee are not permitted to do landscaping lighting work in Whittier Heights.
