Old Grove is located between Westmont and Whittier Heights off of Providence Road in northwest Colleyville.

 
   

Remnants of the Eastern Cross Timbers pervade Old Grove, the newest of the David Bagwell Company’s luxury home neighborhoods. These rich natural surroundings lend this neighborhood special character and quiet appeal rarely found in the bustling Dallas-Fort Worth area. Areas of deep woods have been preserved in Old Grove for the private enjoyment of its residents and their neighbors in the adjacent Westmont and Whittier Heights developments. On its west side, where Old Grove abuts Whittier Heights, is a riverine forest through which runs a branch of Big Bear Creek. Beside it runs a new leg of the Solidago Trail, a one and three quarter mile pedestrian pathway that encircles Old Grove, Westmont, Whittier Heights, and Colleyville’s new McPherson Park. As walkers, joggers and bikers pass along portions of the trail, a cornucopia of natural delights meet the eye and ear: tall trees, warbling birds, singing brooks, beams of sunlight, soft shade, and a variety of wildflowers or berried trees during each of the four seasons.

Homes in Old Grove are being built by a select group of custom builders on lots that average over 16,000 s.f., most at least 90 feet wide and over a 160 feet deep. New Home prices range upwards from $600,000.

The acclaimed Keller ISD serves Old Grove. Liberty Elementary School, which is within walking distance of the development, opened in the fall of 2005.
